Registration link fixed.

There was an error in the activation link that was email out when a new user registered. That has been fixed. I'm looking forward to adding more users and resources to the system.

Layout Correction

Unfortunately I overlooked a CSS problem with IE 6. The left menu had disappeared which would also explain why no one was visiting the pages in the menu. Thompson pointed it out to me last Sunday and I was able to get it fixed the same day. Everything should be working now.
